Provide professional inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule training sessions for the Training and Support Services Divisions. Assist as a point of contact between training and other departments.



  • Email customers according to product purchased with welcome details.
  • Confirm details between CRM & ManagerPlus Training Database.
  • Create new training Work Orders as applicable.
  • Accurately assign work to the appropriate trainer.
  • Call customers to schedule customer training hours for trainers.
  • Accurately enter data to create and email GoToMeeting sessions.
  • Help create/modify documents within the training department as requested.
  • Assist and manage additional projects as assigned.
  • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures. 



  • Customer Service or Administrative Work History
  • Microsoft Abilities: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Professional
  • Good Verbal Communication
  • CRM Experience
