Summary:

Serve as project manager and primary contact to assigned Cloud customers to manage successful transition through the onboarding process. This entails managing the customer experience, serving as the liaison with other teams within ManagerPlus, as well as providing business solutions, education and training.

The Customer Success Manager will report to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advocate for customers
  • Develop tools, strategies and best practices to continually improve our onboarding and customer experience processes
  • Evaluate customer needs, identify common customer challenges and proactively suggest solutions for best strategic direction
  • Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, with the customer experience in mind
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and that client requests are received, prioritized and addressed
  • Continually assess, document, and analyze customer progress
  • Present to customers product roadmaps with emphasis on features most relevant to the given customer
  • Compile customer product feedback and convey to product manager to shape product development
  • Educate customers on the value they can generate from the power of their ManagerPlus solution
  • Measure success through net promoter scores (NPS) and customer retention
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years' experience in account management, technical support, training, sales or customer service
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of how businesses utilize SaaS products
  • Technical aptitude and passion to become a subject matter expert on ManagerPlus software
  • Diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure when working through customer issues 
  • Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Able to drive multiple accounts simultaneously, each at different stages
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
