ManagerPlus is a leading provider of computerized maintenance management software and is looking for a Customer Service / Account Manager to join our fast-growing company. ManagerPlus is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and driven individual that understands software, is comfortable and familiar with technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and customer retention to create and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service
  • Enhance department organization
  • Manage, resolve or report customer issues and complaints
  • Create service contracts
  • Renew customer service contracts with current clients who have expiring contracts
  • Work with the multiple departments to ensure that customers are implemented with their software solutions in a timely and successful manner
  • Create strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Serve as a department liaison between cross-functional internal departments
  • Deliver high quality ManagerPlus product demonstrations, clearly articulate ManagerPlus' product's strengths comparatively to competitors
  • Analyze the market and customers to determine growth opportunities and department development
  • Conduct data mining and maintain and increase CRM data integrity

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of business customer service experience or call center environment experience
  • Must have customer service experience in a technology industry
  • Solid understanding of software and technology
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to manage customers and prospects by need discovery and exceptional customer service
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience preferred but not required

  • CMMS software
  • Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) or other CRM products
  • GoToMeeting or other online meeting application
