We are looking for an individual to join our technical support team. This representative will receive inbound calls from ManagerPlus customers, and assist them with software usage and resolving technical issues.


  • Technical Troubleshooting
  • Ability to learn technical concepts
  • Detail oriented
  • Punctual
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 Recommended qualifications:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Server operating systems
  • Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server, both application installation/management and T-SQL scripting
  • Able to setup and troubleshoot IIS
  • Able to troubleshoot and familiarity with corporate networking and active directory.


  • Provide telephone customer support for inbound customer calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Document customer cases.

This is a full-time position with benefits (PTO, supplemented health insurance, 401k matching, etc.).
