 Key Objective:

Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will assist in driving online customer acquisition, lead assignments, loyalty marketing and email engagement campaigns for existing customers and prospects. You will have ongoing responsibilities to assist in the development of marketing and sales enablement tools in a digital environment. Ongoing responsibilities will also include measuring, tracking and reporting on marketing performance.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Distribute daily leads to sales team and serve as the go-between related to CRM data management
  • Coordinate and deliver customer engagement and lead nurturing email campaigns
  • Document marketing strategies, plans, and objectives and maintain a marketing calendar
  • Analyze large data sets through Microsoft CRM, Excel or SQL and generate reports and recommendations on marketing campaigns, lead performance and sales activities
  • Maintain a research database of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product features, positioning, market share, pricing, and marketing campaigns
  • Keep marketing and sales engagement tools accurate and up-to-date with current product offerings and feature sets
  • Coordinate production of social media campaigns including graphic design, copywriting and digital content
  • Organize marketing tools related to promotional campaigns, company branding, tradeshows, quarterly sales promotions and other specialty projects
  • Assess Google Analytics and social media performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and lead partners
  • Ensure voice of customer testimonials, images and brand standards are maintained
  • Maintain and reconcile monthly marketing budget
  • Coach and train sales reps on CRM and lead management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' professional marketing experience
  • Understanding of online marketing strategies and techniques including SEO, SEM and social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
  • Passion for content writing and proofing for internal and external communication 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing agency experience in B2B environment or SaaS organization


  • Project Management experience including complete lifecycle of projects
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM or similar platform
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and email delivery tools
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
